Students are placed according to British curriculum age guidelines and Ministry of Education & Higher Education regulations. Please check with Admissions Team regarding the curriculum equivalency if your child is from a different curriculum.

Initial applications are free to submit. If shortlisted, families are required to pay an application fee, followed by assessment, registration, and tuition fees once a place is offered.

Yes. Parents are encouraged to book a school tour.

Admissions FAQs

For initial review, applicants are asked to submit:

  • Application fee: QAR 230
  • School reports: Child’s final report from the last academic year and all interim reports from the current academic year (in English)
  • Qatar residence permits: Child’s and both parents’ permits (if available)
  • Additional needs documentation: If applicable
  • Language information form: Completed and submitted

Once an offer is made, parents must provide:

  • Birth certificate (front and back)
  • Passport-sized photograph
  • Student’s passport (front page and information page, valid)
  • Qatar ID card for the child and sponsor
  • Employment letter from the sponsor’s workplace
  • Vaccination card (for Nursery, Reception, and Year 1)
  • Registration fee: QAR 3,453
  • Advance deposit: QAR 2,302 for next academic year starters (deducted from Term 1 fees)
  • Midterm starters: full term fees must be settled before the first day

International students (Year 2+): All current school reports, including the most recent end-of-year report, must be provided with the official school stamp.

Students transferring from a school within Qatar: Confirmation of acceptance from the current school and the school’s NSIS Code 30185 must be submitted.

The Ministry of Education authorises students to join the year group appropriate to the time of year the transfer takes place. If a place is offered and the MoE does not approve the transfer to that year group, the place will be withdrawn and any fees paid will be refunded.

Yes. In accordance with Ministry of Education regulations, we can only accept pupils transferring from schools within Qatar up until the end of January.
