At our bilingual school in Doha, every learner is guided by tailored assessments and language profiles, so teachers know exactly how to help.

Students celebrate their cultural heritage and develop biliteracy through dedicated programmes and resources, while exploring Spanish, French and German with digital tools for practice at school and home. Achieving outstanding IGCSE results, all learners emerge as confident, global communicators, fully equipped to excel in every future challenge.

Languages offered

At our bilingual school in Doha, explore language programmes from Early Years to Sixth Form that guide learners from foundational skills to confident, accomplished communication.

Arabic

Arabic is a core subject for all students from Early Years onwards, taught by specialist teachers who nurture language skills and cultural understanding. Our curriculum is aligned with the requirements of the Ministry of Education and Higher Education in Qatar and students' progress to Ministry-approved external examinations.

Arabic language learning is designed to support both native and non-native speakers, ensuring every child develops strong communication skills and a deep appreciation for Qatari heritage.

English

At Park House English School, students start learning English in Early Years and continue through Sixth Form, developing reading, writing, speaking and listening skills at every stage.

At our primary school in Doha, students build foundations through phonics, early reading and curiosity-driven classrooms. In Secondary, they strengthen analysis, creative and transactional writing and critical discussion, preparing for IGCSE English. Sixth Form students study A Level English with opportunities for research and advanced academic writing.

Learning is active and reflective: students set goals, track progress and lead discussions. Assessment is ongoing and transparent and parents stay informed through newsletters, digital platforms and conferences.

English

French

Students start learning French at beginner level and progress all the way to A Level, building strong communication skills step by step. Learners can choose French or Arabic in Years 4–6, developing speaking, listening, reading, writing and cultural awareness through projects, pair work, exams and international-themed activities.

As they advance, students may join exchanges, competitions and formal qualifications, becoming confident, exam-ready communicators who can use French fluently in real-world situations.

French

Spanish

At our British school in Doha, students begin Spanish at beginner level and follow a clear pathway up to A Level, steadily growing their fluency and confidence. They choose Spanish or Arabic in Year 3, then continue strengthening speaking, listening, reading, writing and cultural awareness through interactive lessons, projects, trips and assessments.

Along the way, they may take part in exchanges, competitions and external exams, graduating as confident Spanish speakers who are ready for advanced study and international opportunities.

Spanish

German

At Park House School, students can choose German from Sixth Form, with the option to pursue IGCSE German. They are supported by specialist teachers as they broaden their linguistic skills and discover the culture of German-speaking countries.

Benjamin Sell

At Park House, we believe language is central to identity. Our approach to multilingualism is rooted in community: that is why all our students study their home language in addition to curriculum languages. This strengthens cultural understanding, confidence, and respect across our school.
